Booths come with: Pipe, drape, 8ft table with linen and skirt, 2 chairs and a generic company sign along with 10 Free Tickets (20 for Double Corner) to use for booth staffing and to give away.

Each Exhibitor Registration receives the following:

  • 10 exhibitor passes (20 for Double) for use by employees or staff of exhibitor. Passes are required for entrance to the event and access is available for exhibitor spaces and all workshops, speakers or other areas that are available to our general admission guests. Entertainment, VIP or other specially ticketed areas would require an upgrade (TBD).
  • 2 passes to the Exhibitor VIP lounge where beverages, snacks, and other refreshments will be available. Passes are non-transferrable. Additional tickets can be purchased below.
  • Website listing with link to your company's website. One shoutout in social media channels with a link back to your social media. We reserve the right to determine when and in what format this occurs. You may opt-out below.
  • Internet is included and available to everyone during the expo for free.

    Enhance your exhibitor experience.
  • Exhibitor Lounge Passes ($20.00 ea.)
    You will receive a special non-transferrable pass that will allow you to enter the VIP lounge where there we will have snacks, beverages and other refreshments available throughout the show.
  • Life Interview with Diana Pierce and Friends ($500.00 with Diana / $350.00 with others)
    3-5 minute live streamed interview with Diana Pierce or other host. Your logo will be shown on the screen and you will receive a copy of your video for future promotional use.
  • Personal Promotional Mini-Infomercial ($550 / $750 for the informercial + interview with Carla Beaurline)
    A professional video crew will come to your booth and record you doing a 2-3 minute presentation or the crew can interview you. Video will be edited to create narration and will be shot with products from your booth. Video will include the name of your spokesperson, the name of your organization and your website/contact info. Logo may be added for an additional fee.

Q:  What does a ticket to the March 24th, 2018, Twin Cities Women’s Expo get me?

A:  First, an opportunity to get to know woman-owned or woman-centric businesses and services in the Twin Cities/ Metro area.

Second, your experience will be streamlined so you get the most out of your time. By focusing on distinct areas for vendors and exhibitors you can zero in on the areas that mean the most to you, or, explore area by area as time allows.

Finally, a chance to connect with other women. We all know that even if our personal situations are individual, some experiences are universal. Enrich. Empower. Enlighten. The Twin Cities Women’s Expo.

Q: Can I come back the same day? 

A:  Yes, have your hand stamped at the door.

Q:  Can I gift my ticket to someone else, even if it has my name on it?

A;  Yes.

Q:  Do I have to print out my ticket before I get to the show?

A:  No, you don't have to have it printed.  It can be scanned from your smartphone.

Q:  Do you take credit and debit cards at the show's onsite box office?

A: Yes, we take credit and debit cards onsite.  However, if you purchase your ticket in advance or online, event at the event,  you pay a reduced ticket price.

Q:  Are dogs/pets allowed?

A:  Due to health and safety regulations, pets (including pets that fit in a carry bag) are not allowed at the expo, except for service dogs.
